جوڑوں کی ہر قسم کی عام پائی جانے والی تکالیف کی روک تھام کیلئے آسان علاج پیش کیا گیا ہےتاکہ عام پڑھے لکھے حضرات فائدہ اٹھا سکیں۔ درحقیقت عمر بڑھنے کے ساتھ ہڈیاں بھی کمزور ہونے لگتی ہیں جس کے باعث جوڑوں کا درد لوگوں کو اپنا شکار بنالیتا ہے تاہم اس میں کمی لانا یا بچنا اتنا بھی مشکل کام نہیں۔

Reasons or Causes of inflammations

اگر مندرجہ ذیل ہدایات پرعمل کیا جائے تو ہم آسانی سےجوڑوں کی تمام عام پائی جانے والی تکالیف سے نجات حاصل کر سکتے ہیں ۔

(۱) ورزش   Exercise

جسم اور ہڈیوں کو توانا رکھنے کیلئے باقاعدگی سے ورزش کریں۔ جوڑوں کے دردوں کے علاج کیلئے مختلف قسم کی ورزشوں کی بڑی اہمیت ہے ۔ جوڑوں کے مریضوں کیلئے دوا کے ساتھ ساتھ ڈاکٹر مختلف ورزشیں بھی تجویز کرتے ہیں جو جوڑوں کے درد کے مریضوں کیلئے بہت فائدہ مند ثابت ہوتی ہیں  ۔
(۲) زیتون کے تیل کی مالش(Massage with Olive oil)

زیتون کے تیل سے جوڑوں کی مالش کرنے سے ان میں درد پیدا ہونے یا ہڈیوں کا گودا ختم ہونے کے امکانات بہت حد تک کم ہو جاتے ہیں۔

(۳) گرم پانی کی تھیلی سے سیکھنا
 (Keep / Touch Hot water bag on joints )

صرف زیادہ سے زیادہ 10 منٹ کے لئے جوڑوں پر رکھو


(۴) موٹاپا  (Control Body Weight)  

        جوڑوں کے مریضوں کیلئے ضروری ہے کہ وہ اپناوزن کنٹرول میں رکھیں ،کیونکہ زیادہ وزن سے جوڑوں پر زیادہ بوجھ پڑتاہے جس سے جوڑ کمزور اور انحطاط پزیر ہوجاتے ہیں اور دردکرنے لگ جاتے ہیں۔

(۵)  وٹامن ڈی ( VITAMIN  D )
 ہڈیوں کی مضبوطی اور صحت کیلئے وٹامن ڈی بہت ضروری ہے۔ سورج کی روشنی وٹامن ڈی کا انمول خزانہ ہے۔ متعدد افراد میں جوڑوں کا درد وٹامن ڈی کی کمی کا نتیجہ بھی ہوتا ہے  کچھ دیر دھوپ میں بیٹھ کر ہم قدرتی طور پر وٹامن ڈی حاصل کر سکتے ہیں۔ سردیوں میں خاص طور پر دھوپ میں بیٹھنے کا انتظام کرنا چاہئے۔ اپنے جسم میں وٹامن ڈی کی سطح کو بڑھانے کے لیے روزانہ 10 سے 15 منٹ سورج کی روشنی میں رہنا فائدہ مند ثابت ہوتا ہے۔(سر اور مونڈھے ننگا  رکھ کر دھوپ میں بیٹھئے۔) اس کے علاوہ سارڈین مچھلی (Sardine Fish)  دودھ یا اس سے بنی دیگر مصنوعات بھی وٹامن ڈی کے حصول کا بہترین ذریعہ ہیں۔

(۶) کیلشیم ( calcium )
ہڈیوں کی مضبوطی اور صحت کیلئے کیلشیم ضروری عنصر ہے۔کیلشیم دودھ ، سفید تل  (sesame)سارڈین  مچھلی  (Sardine Fish)میں کافی مقدار میں پایا جاتاہے
 (۷) یو رک ایسڈ (Uric Acid

یورک ایسڈ چیک کروائیں۔ اگر یورک ایسڈ زیادہ ہو تو اس سے نجات حاصل کرنےکی تد بیر کریں ۔ گوشت کم سے کم استعمال کریں اور دالوں کا استعمال بھی کم کر دیں ۔ سبزیاں اور فروٹس کا استعمال زیادہ کریں۔

(۷) انگور GRAPES 
 انگور کے بیجوں میں پرو اینتھو سایانا ئڈ ین مانع تکسید مادہ پایا جاتا ہے۔جس میں سوزش اور درد ختم کرنے کی صلا حیت پائی جاتی ہے۔

جوڑوں کے مریضوں کا ہاضمہ اکثر خراب رہتا ہے اور وہ پرانی قبض کے مریض بھی ہوتے ہیں۔ روغنی اور ثقیل غذائوں سے پرہیز کریں ۔ متوازن زود ہضم مقوی غذا استعمال کریں۔ قبض بالکل نہ ہونے دیں۔


(۹)  ماحول ENVIRONMENT

مریض کو سردی میں بھیگنے سے بچائین۔مرطوب ہوا یا شبنم میں لیٹنے سے گریز کریں۔ سردی سے بچنے کیلئے مناسب گرم کپڑے استعمال کریں ۔

(۱۰) وٹامن سی (Vitamin C)

یہ مانع تکسید وٹامن ہڈیوں کی تعمیر کیلئے ضروری ہوتا ہے۔آملہ اور سٹرس فروٹس (Citrous fruits) میں وٹامن سی بکثرت موجود ہوتی ہے ان کا استعمال زیادہ کردیں۔مثلا  امرود ، جام (Guava)؛ لیمو  (lemon)؛ اسٹرابری (Straw berry) ؛ پپائی ۔پپیتا (Papaya)   

(۱۱) اومیگا تھری آئل(Omega 3 Oil)

مچھلی سے حاصل ہونے والا یہ تیل جوڑوں کی چکناہٹ کیلئے ضروری ہے۔ اس کو باقاعدگی سے استعمال کرنے سے سوزش پیدا کرنے والے مادوں کی افزائش رک جاتی ہے۔ مچھلی کے تیل سے بنے کیپسول  (Capsules)  اور السی  کے بیج  یا السی کا تیل (Flax Seeds or Flax Seed oil) بھی جوڑوں میں ہونے والی تکلیف کا باعث بننے والے عمل کو سست کردیتا ہے

 

گھٹنوں اور جوڑوں کے درد کی وجوہات

جسم میں کیلشیم کی کمی ، نیند نہ کا نہ آنا اور جسمانی کمزوری بھی ایک وجہ ہے۔

  جسم میں قوت مدافعت کا کم یا ختم ہونا، گھٹنوں اور جوڑوں کے درد کی بڑی وجہ تصور کی جاتی ہے۔

  جوڑوں کی بیماری کو گٹھیا بھی کہا جاتا ہے اس بیماری میں جسم میں اپنے ہی جسم کے خلاف کام کرنے والے خلیے پائے جاتے ہیں۔

  انسانی جسم میں یورک ایسڈ کا بڑھنا جوڑوں اور گھٹنوں کے درد کی بڑی وجہ سمجھا جاتا ہے۔

٭   جسم میں کولیسٹرول کی زیادتی بھی ان بیماریوں کی ایک بڑی وجہ ہے۔
