can also mix lemon with baking soda together which creates a perfect pH level
of 7 in your body keeping it neutral. This helps restore balance almost
instantaneously. Very simply add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and ½ of
tablespoon of baking soda in a glass of water and mix it very well for about
two minutes to make sure it doesn’t foam or fizz, it must be flat before
drinking! It will have the taste of flat water.
